Bongbong Marcos: ‘Wet’ CamSur ballots cannot be used

Former senator Bongbong Marcos on April 2 expressed his concern that several ballots from four clustered precincts in Bato, Camarines Sur would not be “useable” because there were supposedly “recently wet.”

The Ilocos Norte politiko, in a Rappler article, made the claim as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) began the ballot recounts for his electoral protest against Vice President Leni Robredo.

“Basa. So hindi magamit. Ibig sabihin kasi kung may nagbasa, may nagbukas nung ballot box,” Marcos said.

He also said 38 ballot boxes have missing audit logs.

“Bakit importante yun?
