Roles were reversed for the 29th birthday of Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos this year.
The North Luzon politiko led several social welfare programs in his district to mark his special day last March 9.
He helped donate equipment, goats, and other supplies to beneficiaries, and even signed autographs for his supporters.
“What birthday of celebrating my birthday than giving back and being of service to our Kakailians,” said Marcos on Instagram.
“Thank you for all your heart warming greetings and to everyone who made my birthday extra special,” he added.
