There’s no viral trend on Tiktok that Senator Imee Marcos will not ride on.
The North Luzon politiko on Saturday, March 25, did the #BoomBookShakeShake dance challenge on Tiktok. But she wasn’t alone – she had two back-up dancers to help promote the Kabataang Barangay (KB) with her.
In the video, Marcos wore a red shirt with KB’s logo and also held up two flags bearing the same sign.
“May entry na rin ang ating Super Ate while raising the flag of Kabataang Barangay! Anong masasabi mo sa kanyang full performance?!” read Marcos’ caption on Tiktok.
KB, which Marcos chaired when she was younger, was a young organization created during the martial rule of her father, the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr. KB aimed to develop young Filipinos aged 15 to 18 according to the “guiding philosophies of the New Society.”
