Former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. fully supports the senatorial bid of his older sister, Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos.
The male politiko accompanied Imee when she filed her candidacy on Tuesday, October 16.
Bongbong said it made him nostalgic about the time he himself filed his candidacy for senator in 2010. Now, it’s Imee’s turn.
“I have no doubt that given her vast experience as a former congresswoman, along with her nine years as governor in our hometown province, my sister will definitely be an asset in the Senate,” said Bongbong.
“You got this, Manang Imee! #MarcosPaRin,” he added.

I filed my candidacy for Senator in 2010 and eight years later, my sister did the same, so I couldn’t help but feel nostalgic yesterday when Manang Imee asked me to accompany her to COMELEC. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have no doubt that given her vast experience as a former Congresswoman, along with her 9 years as Governor in our hometown province, my sister will definitely be an asset in the Senate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You got this, Manang Imee! #MarcosPaRin
