Former Ifugao representative Teddy Baguilat Jr. is putting in the effort to stay fit amid the coronavirus pandemic.
On Tuesday, April 6, the politiko said he was able to tally 10,000 steps during 6 am to 9 am window in between curfew hours.
Baguilat said exercising is also a good way to fight depression.
