The Cagayan provincial board, according to a Northernforum.net article, has given the Provincial Development Council (PDC) en banc 10 days to refine the 2018-2022 Provincial Development and Investment Program (PDIP).

The provincial board on February 14 remanded the PDIP for supposed irregularities.

The Committee on Finance and Appropriations said “most, if not all, PPAs (Programs, Projects, and Activities) have no program of work.”

Vice Governor Melvin Vargas called on the PDC to follow the budgeting process.
