Annyeonghaseyo! Gov Ortega-David represents PH in South Korean climate change forum

La Union Governor Rafy Ortega-David is currently in South Korea to represent her province and the rest of the Philipipnes in the ESG Connect Forum on climate change.

The North Luzon politiko said on a Facebook post on Friday, November 25, that the forum aims to take stock of the current climate change situation and hold discussions on what nations can do to achieve a more sustainable society.

Ortega-David said it was “such a pleasure” to meet experts like WeGO Secretary General Jung Sook Park, 2050 Carbon Neutrality Commission Chairman Sang Hyup Kim, Embassy of Denmark in Korea Science and Innovation Attaché Inie Madsen, Seoul National University Professor Jae Chuk Nam, and Siemens Vice President Tino Hildebrand.

“Dito sa La Union, we are committed and we continue to move forward in advocating sustainability para sa kapakanan ng ating mga kaprobinsiaan, kababayan, at kapwa-tao sa buong mundo!” said Ortega-David.
