Kalinga Representative Allen Jesse Mangaoang called on chief executives to remain vigilant against the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID19) in the province.
This after Kalinga has been downgraded from the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) to the general community quarantine (GCQ).
Around 7,000 residents are expected to return to Kalinga.
Tabuk City Mayor Darwin Estrañero said personnel at the Talaca checkpoint should strictly identify people who will return to the province.
Rizal Mayor Karl Bugao, meanwhile, said the municipal government has already prepared its quarantine facility for residents returning.
