Former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. once again called on Filipinos to register as voters for the upcoming 2022 national elections.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, June 29, the Ilocano politiko said by becoming voters, Filipinos would be doing their part in helping the country recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
“Huwag sayangin ang karapatang bumoto dahil ito ang huhugis sa kinabukasan nating lahat tungo sa mabilis na pagbangon mula sa pandemya. Magparehistro na!” said Marcos.
Filipinos have until September 30, 2021 to register for next year’s elections.
