34 faulty machines reported in Pangasinan

About 34 vote-counting machines (VCMs) have reportedly malfunctioned during the casting of votes in different towns in Pangasinan.

According to reports by the Pangasinan Provincial Police Office, the towns that reported incidents of malfunctioning VCMs were Anda, Agno, Bani, Bolinao, Sual, Alaminos , Aguilar, Labrador, Mangatarem, Bayambang, Mapandan, Mangaldan, Dagupan City,Bautista, Binalonan, Laoac, Pozorrubio, Balungao, Rosales, San Nicolas,Tayug, and Umingan.

Some of the technical problems occurred were failure to read ballots, paper jams, failure to print receipts, shutdown, and technical problems involving SD cards.
