Mayor Tan: P100M alloted for Dariuk Hills tourism road
Santiago City Mayor Joseph Tan said P100 million has been alloted to build tourism roads going to Dariuk Hills.
Dariuk Hills is a religious and tourism destination located in Barangay Balintocatoc.
It will be developed into the city’s prime ecotourism and faith tourism park.
The Isabela politiko said the P100-million fund came from the Department of Tourism (DOT) and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
Tan said the road construction is expected to boost tourism in Santiago City.
