Mayor Domogan calls for review of Baguio City Hall parking fee

Nov 14, 2017 @ 16:32

Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan has ordered the review of parking fees around the city hall area.

The Baguio politiko said he is pushing for free parking for clients who are transacting official business in the city hall.

Domogan said parking fees should be collected for those who simply park their vehicles without transacting with any department in the city hall.

“We will call on the officials of the concerned departments so that we will try to look into the implementation of the pertinent provisions of the ordinance so that we will not prejudice legitimate clients of the local government,” Domogan said.

Baguio City currently charges drivers P5 as parking fee for the first hour and another P2 for every succeeding hour.
