Gov Espino opens building for small scale food vendors
Pangasinan Governor Amado Espino III on May 15 led the inauguration of a new building for small scale food vendors.
The P2.5-million building near the Pasalubong center is composed of three units of nine food stalls.
Ambulant food vendors in the area will be given priority in renting the new food stalls.
The provincial government said a minimal monthly rental fee will be charged to the vendors.
The Pangasinan politiko said the area will be transformed into a picnic grove for families and beachgoers.
