De Venecia admits he wasn’t breastfed as a baby
Pangasinan 4th District Representative Christopher de Venecia admitted to San Fabian farmers he wasn’t breastfed as a baby that’s why he still easily gets sick.
The Pangasinan politiko urged members of the San Fabian Agri-preneurs Association to shift to organic farming to ensure healthier foods for Filipinos according to a Sunday Punch article.
De Venecia denounced the use of chemical-based fertilizers and pesticides because they harm the soil by making them toxic and less fertile in the long run.
He also promised San Fabian farmers that he will bring vermiculture experts to teach them how to produce their own fertilizer.
De Venecia said farmers should look into developing their farms for farm tourism so they can have additional income.
