Bongbong Marcos slams Robredo for ‘changing the rules’ on shading threshold

May 28, 2018 @ 15:03

Defeated vice presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos on May 28 slammed Vice President Leni Robredo for seeking to “change the rules” on the ballot recount in connection to his electoral protest against her.

The Ilocos Norte politiko said Robredo has not given a proper explanation for requesting to apply the 25% shading threshold in the ballot recount.

“Robredo wants to change the rules and have a special situation only for her.

He cited previous elections where a 50% shading threshold was applied.
