Bongbong Marcos questions why prices of goods don’t go down when oil prices decrease

Sep 5, 2018 @ 16:50

Former senator Bongbong Marcos he does not understand why a decrease in oil prices does not translate to lower prices of goods.

The Ilocos Norte politiko made the remark following his proposal to revive the Oil Price Stabilization Fund (OPSF) which seeks to help alleviate the effects of the continued rise of oil prices in the country.

Marcos said it is odd that the price of basic commodities do no immediately go down when oil prices decrease.

Lahat yan eh maapektuhan kapag tumaas.
